Next Generation Packaging Challenge!
Where logistics meet sustainability
Your mission is to revolutionize the world of logistics by designing modular Carrier structures for a Tier 1 Automotive supplier, that go beyond traditional packaging. We're looking for companies worldwide and from any sector with solutions that are sustainable, flexible, and low-cost, setting new standards for eco-friendly transport and storage.
Think outside the box and reimagine carrier structures for the automotive industry !
Your challenge is to create budget-friendly solutions that not only optimize storage and protect products but also adapt effortlessly to various shapes and sizes. We want designs that make logistics efficient and loading a breeze.
Best projects will get the opportunity to earn a cash prize of up to $1500 and to collaborate with a leading automotive parts manufacturer, also located in Germany.

Innovators can now register on the platform and submit their solutions by completing the participation form and submitting a proposal deck.

Longlisting Phase

Our internal experts will evaluate all submitted ideas and select the top 5 companies per category for the next phase.

Deepening Phase
27.12.2023 - 26.01.2024
Each of the top 5 companies will be mentored by internal experts to develop and further improve their proposals.

Shortlisting Phase
29.01.2024- 02.02.2024
All 5 companies will virtually present their ideas to the expert board and the top 3 will be selected as finalist.

Final Pitch
14.02.2024 - 22.02.2024
The 3 finalists will pitch virtually to Top Level Management in individual sessions and the winner will be selected.

This category seeks companies that offer packaging or load carrier structures with modular components, allowing for easy customization and reconfiguration.
Sustainability
Goal is to find sustainable solutions for the conditioning or packaging of automotive engine parts and components, and globally for our logistic processes.
Wildcard
Our open category invites companies to reimagine the very essence of load carriers, pushing the boundaries of technology and design.
Prizes
Beside the attractive cash prizes, the main prize is the rewarding opportunity of cooperation with a Global Tier 1 Automotive supplier.
The Challenge owner works with the most OEMs and has developed a wide network in the automotive industry.
You as a winner will get the chance for implementation of your solution in serial production for 50 000 load carriers per year and more!
